  • The product is returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice

  • The device has no physical damage, scratches, or signs of use

  • The IMEI number matches the original invoice and packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, activated, or registered

  • Phones with physical damage caused by the customer

  • Products returned without original box or accessories

  • Devices damaged due to water, software modification, or improper use

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the product

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Full refund, depending on availability.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or payment gateway)

  • Customers will be notified via email or phone once the refund is completed.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and customers must follow the return process.
